Need help; Just bought a 90 GXL

Hey guys what's up? My name is craig and i live in tx. I just bought a 90 GXL with a rebuilt engine (rotary Performance) and only 24,000 miles on the rebuild and upgraded exhaust. there is absolutely nothing wrong with it i just don't know what to do first with it (mods wise) anybody out there got any helpful pointers? thanx for the insight.

High-flow air filter (K&N, Apexi, HKS, etc., but NOT one from eBay).

Other than that, it depends what you want to do with the car. For example, I would sink about $3,000 into the suspension and brakes, and another $2,000-$4,000 into a standalone EMS and professional tuning. Others may prefer a body kit and nice paint job.
