ok, so i changed all my belts today. and when i was taking the air pump belt off i loosened the bottom bolt and that didnt seem to loosen the belt at all. i tried putting the bolt back to its original position but im not sure if it went on there right.

when i finished putting everything back, i started the motor up and everything was fine. i put my head in the engine bay to make sure all the belts were going straight and everything was running smooth and i started smelling like something burning. i reved it up and noticed smoke coming out of the sir pump area...did i do something wrong? i dunno whats up.

i cut the car off and tried again about 30 minutes later and again it did the same thing.

i guess i could go out there and take some pics. maybe video would be better so you guys can see the smoke come out when i push the throlttle.

what was wrong?? i had a pulley on backwards....
