My car has been on the dyno with good results!

Greetings all!

In preperation for a large show and drag meet this weekend, my car was placed on a dyno and some numbers recoreded.

With 98 octane pump fuel, 14psi and HITman tweaking the E6K, peak power was 270rwkw/360rwhp on dyno dynamics. This equates to approx 300rwkw/410rwhp on an American dynojet dyno.

With VP C16 and 22-23psi, we saw a max of 327rwkw/440rwhp dyno dynamics or 387rwkw/515rwhp on a dynojet dyno. Peak torque was 298nm.

If these conversions from hp to kw is wrong or from dyno dynamics to dynojet, please correct them.

Either way, I am wrapt with the results! The car is an animal on street tyres and should be alot of fun on slicks on Sunday!

Will let you all know how I go!

Congratulations AJC13B!!

Now go out on Sunday and run that 10 second pass

Your figures look right, what revs was peak torque (and what hp at that point) easier to work out engine torque from there

Peak power was made at around 7200rpm.

NFI on the peak torque sorry....

I am hoping to run a 10!

An 11 at 135mph would be just as nice

Thats 419rwhp on a dyno jet or 493hp at the flywheel on 14psi boost

On C16 and 23psi thats 512 hp at the wheels on a dyno jet or 603hp at the flywheel

way ta go Steve, go hard and good luck
