Manifold Construction Q's (Numbers)

As some know, I'm in the processes of putting an intake manifold together for my S5 N/A. Well, I've come into a couple of hurdles. As I'm still somewhat of a novice at this, I have some (more likely than not simple/stupid) questions.

So you know; the plan is S4 TII Irons, given a Mazdatrix Streetport, along w/ the rotor housings, using 9.7:1 rotors.

The questions are...

What RPM should I be tuning for? At the track, I'll shift @ 9500. Doing so will drop my RPM to ~6500 in the next gear. So, I'd want my powerband between 6500-9500 with a small emphasis more on low-end than peak HP (this IS soon to be my daily driver). My thought was 8000, but... I don't know anything

2nd, does anyone know the intake timing of the Mazdatrix SP templates? Secondairy AND Intermediate.

Finally, if anyone has a S4 intake gasket handy, I'd like to know the peremeter of the Secondairy and Primary ports (to come up with an runner diameter).

THX to anyone who can help me out. ~CE

If you want to be shifting at 9500 rpm then aim somewhere around 750-1000 rpm less than that to aim your peak power point at. I'd say somewhere around 8500 rpm just to be safe. The car from the factory placed the horsepower peak much lower and this is what the car is geared best for unless you have a racing transmission.

Now that THAT'S out of the way, one of the formulas I'll need to use requires the engines VE.

How exactally am I going to find out the VE of an engine that noone's built? S4 TII block, Mazdatrix SP, 9.7:1 rotors, CAI, Tubular Manifold, Tuned Header, Full Exhaust.

Problem is you tune the intake for peak torque, not peak power.......
