Magnecor 8mm wires any good?

I just ordered some 8mm Magnecor wires from some online store. I payed $37 shipped for them. I just started checking out the specs on all the magnecore wires and found out that the 7mm and 8mm wires they make are totally difference from the "race" 8.5mm and 10mm wires. So are these 8mm wires still better than the stock NGK or what?

Yea I shelled out an extra $20 and changed the order to the magnecor 8.5 mm race wires.. which are the same design as the 10mm. Those should be good.
