well my pipe is on 4 cars and a 5th is being shipped out.have tested this on a stock port 12a, stock13b 6-port,and big street port 6 ports made gains on all of them with a much wider power curve.stock port 12a running 48ida racing beat headers my pipe 3inch exhaust made 138whp.sec gen stock 13b its car made gains of 4-7whp between 4200-6800 with a peak of 182whp and made an additional 9.8 hp at 9000 over the conventional 3 inch exhaust.scca e-production street port 13b 6ports making between 192whp(1stgen 48 ida 38 choke)and 230whp(sec gen factory efi intake ported).12a test car now has a street port motor and is going to be re-tested.

it should work well as the higher over lap motors so far have made the biggest gains

I have spent some more time reading on it ,but have not gotten to a direct conclusion yet.So much info,so little brain!hahaha

Iam thinking of putting up the measurements on the header shown on page 1? << this was my out of the box exhaust header.

(It scary to see how much HP the guys are pulling from PP 13B engines running on Methanol. They have uncovered a secret of getting the best out of headers and collectors.)

I dont expect them to share,as it cost loads of moeny, and time. What i do think,is the rest of us need to think out of the box! (incl myself)

See if anyone has some suggestions,or critism about it?

Every Rotary engine is different ,but i do think the theory applies to most of them.

I will come post when i have some more time, later today

Karis

I got another idea for you, why not install a Exhaust one-way valve, this way you can somewhat keep the exhaust separated from the exhaust system.

Did you mean "intake"? If so why not a reed or similar device, like a 2-cycle engine.
