JEGs fittings...How do they stack up?

Just looking for a review of JEGs new fittings, namely the push loc hose and AN fittings. I was considering using the JEGs fittings on an oil cooler kit instead of maybe earls for a few reasons. The first reason would be I like the fact that JEGs uses black fittings instead of blue/red, and also these fittins seem to cost a bit less. Why not buy the cheaper fitting if it works the same?

If I remember correctley the Jegs Fittings are made by aeroquip. Also just so you know Earls, Russel and goodridge have a black line available its just not in all of they're catalogs.

Yup, I realize that. But the other companies don't offer the push loc lines in any other colors but blue from what I've seen.

Thanks,
Dan
