J-Spec TII motor vs USDM TII motor

What i would like to know is the differences between the two engines...Is there any advantage in having one over the other?..I'm looking to buy a TII motor for mine and i want to know what my options are...If i go with a j-spec motor, is there anything that i need to change in order for it to run properly?..This would be really helpful...
Also, if u guys know of any places that sell J-Spec motors let me know. thnx

It's all in the longblock stuff. The shortblock is the same. No egr on jspec, different place for brake booster vac line, and some others that I forgot, nothing major though.
