Intake manifold design calculations

I've searched this site and yahoo, but I can't seem to find any concrete intake manifold design formulas. Does anyone know where I can get more information on this? I need to calculate things like surgetank volume, runner length, etc etc.

This book has alot of great indepth engine info. It is mostly geared towards piston engines, but most of the concepts are interchangeable.
