I want 400 rwhp whats the best way to get there?

I have a 93 rx7. I need to rebuild my motor. I was planning on having rx7store.net do the rebuild with street port. My motor alond with the turbos have 125,000 miles right now. I was wondering what the best setup would be to reach 375-400 rwhp with reliability. I have heard that you can reach that on stock turbos(but wouldn't a single turbo upgrade be more reliable?) well any thoughts would be helpfull. I plan on do all the work except for the actual rebuild and tuning. Please give me some ideas thanks

I knew I forgot something, yes you'll need to 550cc to 1600cc or 850cc to 1300cc, etc also a supra FP too.
