I Need To Know What Tools I Need To Port The Irons On My 7...???

I want to port the irons on my RX-7 and I bought a dremel tool and grinding stones and bits for it. I need to know what SIZE bit to use though...Any Help Please!!! Message me here or email me at brendalee586@sbcglobal.net!!!

This is my PS...I forgot to add it....Also whats bits to fit in a 1/4 inch air die grinder to port with.......

Using a 1/4 electric die grinder with double cut carbide bits is the best way to remove the bulk of the material. Going back over the area with a single cut bit will help make the surface a little smoother. It might also be wise to pick up a template from someone.

I usually use a "christmas tree" shaped bit. i.e.:

A little WD40 helps, I've noticed the burr is less likly to grab and jump. (not cool when you are working with critical sealing surfaces)
