It is very hard to guess where the confortable point will be.

But always easiest to see the most limiting factor, in your case injectors.

the 4 x 1000cc at 90% ( and base fuel pressure of 40 )duty will let you put down anywhere from 400-500 wheel depending on final afrs.

Then after injectors, ( say you get 2000cc secondaries ) , then next limiting factor would be fuel octane.

the GT42 breaths up top in the boost range. What fuel will you have access to, water meth , race gas , e85

I was aiming for 400kw at the wheels. Is this achievable. Is there anything else that you think I am missing or need to add to the build? With fuel i wanted to also get an opinion on which would be the best dirrrction I go.

400 Kw is about 540 hp.

I would up the secondaries to 2000s . Then assuming you have a good fuel pump(s) . ( what do you have ? ) .

you will be covered in the fueling department, your motor seems to have all the goodies needed.

Competent tuner and your set.

E85 seems to be the favorite option to make power and it seems its available in land down under. I my self am a bigger fan of water/meth (auxiliary) injection. ( mainly due to not wanting to buy E85 by the barrel as it is hard to find in my neck of the woods ) .

We can go into specifics of your turbo ( assuming T4 gt4294r ? ) . But best is call up your local tuner, and post the dyno afterwards.

I want to see this on the dyno.

hp dice thrown 18 psi pump fuel 470 hp, 27.43 psi on E85 567 hp

"Proflow fuel rail 4x 1000cc injectors"

4000 cc deduct 15% for 85% max duty cycle and 13% for lag and you are at
2958 net CC into the engine.

2958 is .87 Gallons per minute or 5.52 pounds per minute.

at 11.3 AFR that would be 62.3 pounds per minute of air.

62.3 pounds per minute is 901 CFM

901 / 1.92 is 470 rw rotary hp max on gas.

E85 would be approx 350

GT4294 makes 640 and a GT4202 makes 716...

you are way mismatched as to fuel.
