I think the Apexi drift car makes 400hp with stock motor running a PFC, also Peter farrell claims 360hp on stage 3 with his piggy back.

You have to think bout the miles on the motor, what psi, restrictive exhaust, lot of factors there

I think you be alright as long as you tune right.

Good luck

There is no such thing as too much HP. The question is: how much is enough for you?

Racing on the freeway 4th gear, shift light came on and BANG. It was so loud and I took both lanes to slow down and all over the place Oil all over the windshield smoke smoke and more smoke. Yes It freaked me out but I was so happy that I just missed a parked car in the emergency lane that I didn’t even seen… Oh Yeah…. $40 tow and get me home thank you… Weeeeeeeee!

Yes but the Apexi car has the luxury of being a sponsored car hence cheap or even free parts and labor so it can run the stock engine to it's potential and probably can afford to have it rebuilt every year for shows and events. 400hp is not a number you would want to run long term on your stock 13B

Damn I wish someone would have told me that before I did it as a daily driver on pump gas long term with no problems.

Working on a 500rwhp daily driver right now.

If you can't light them up rolling on in sixth gear at 180mph with AWD! You don't have enough power.

For a car to be able to do that, unless you were on ice with oily slicks that were frozen by the ice, youd need a top fuel drag engine and a transmission so big and strong youd have to straddle it to sit in the car... LOL

ok **** talkers
man you guys all have different opinnions
well rolo the micro tech man from centralfloridaturbo.com will be tunning the car hey said that my **** should go up to 450hp before it blows, "these motors are strong"
rolo tuned ken sheepers rx8 850hp which now has 950hp
for example a stock honda block is about to blo at 350hp or 400hp

you guys ask me what is enough.
we allways want more ***** , more nos and more boost once you try it, your hooked
well i will let you guys know
16psi 338hp i think its not bad rev limit at 7500 rpm limit
i'am new to the rotary
i have one thins to say in 2 gear ******* scares the **** out of me and 3 gear as well

just a couple of questions i need to get some bushings for my diff and racing motormoounts, and any body ever had overheating problem with a koyo radiator, i swiched barck to stock radiator and works fine now,

also what time can i expect???? in the 1/4 mile

on topic, i think the real question is how much hp can your wallet hold. that tends to stop most of us anyway....
