The smaller NPR IC: at 329cfm and 290°F on the inlet side of the IC, the pressure drop is 0.09psi. The outlet temp is 130°F, heat rejected is 55553 BTU/hr, and the calculated heat exchange area is 1404 square inches.

The larger NPR IC: at 340cfm and 290°F on the inlet side of the IC, the pressure drop is 0.07psi. The outlet temp is 111°F, heat rejected is 64237 BTU/hr, and the calculated heat exchange area is 2018 square inches.

hope these figures are what you needed.

Sorry for bringin' this one back , but I'm now wondering if my Isuzu IC (the larger one) will be a bottle neck with my "new" configuration (semi pp , projay intake and twin GT3071R's) , anwone have any idea ?? , I'm sure I saw this same IC being used very sucessfully in a certain orange RX2.

I'm using the same one and if you search there's a thread that states that Carlos "Okie" Gonzales G&S Racing has used one up to 42psi boost with no problems. I have the same setup as a friend of mine and he was running 28psi through this intercooler with no problems making 580rwhp. What type of fuel are you running and do you have any pictures of your semi PP setup? Well I will be running C16 race fuel and will push max 30psi boost hopefully. The car is in the shop right now getting the exhaust manifold and all the intercooler piping done right now.

I will be running pump gas with water (and or methanol) injection all controlled by an Autronic SM2. The car is at home in my garage , I'm in the final stages of build ,I just completed the exhaust manifold and intercooler outlet piping , I still have the intercooler inlet and the piping ex both turbines to finish up . I will be posting plenty of pics when I'm done,I guess I'll try out the NPR and see how it performs.
