can someone give me a few subjects i need to read up on about rotary engines, like compression, etc.??

i'm 16 and just getting into cars, and i'm amazed by the rx-7, its my dream car. but i dont want to get one, and not know anything about it, right now i have a ford mustang v6, i installed my exhuast, and intake on it, but i knew about the engine. anywayz, subjects or just random information would help alot, before i buy my first rx-7
