Greddy Elbow

I just bought this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA:IT&ih=008

As you can tell it has BOV flange on the side, would it make a difference at all leaving the BOV flange there or re-locating further down away from the elbow? Reason I'm asking is that I wanted to fit the BOV in the pipe extended between the elbow and the intercooler. Also not sure if it will cause issues been a RHD all the fuel lines and other parts are on the left side of the engine bay next to the manifold !!!!

The fuel lines being under the bov is not a problem, as a lot of folks run their bov off the elbow.
