Got 2 boost controllers? Which ones better

I had a Greddy B-spec II boost on my 93' twin turbos but I was having issues with the turbos so I went single turbo. I didn't want any complications so I just went ahead and bought the new Greddy Type-S boost controller and got the car tuned. Now here is were I am kind of lost. I put the B-spec II back in to see if it still worked and it does and feels really responsive compared to the Type-S. Is there anything that the B-spec II does that the Type-S doesn't. Why is the boost more responsive on the B-spec. Or do they both do the same thing.

The Spec II is fine for a single setup. I have never tried the type-S though.
