Free Dyno Test By Castrol

http://www.castrolusa.com/promotions...?sc=marpro03ta

This was posted on the "Big List".

I plan on attending in my area of the country on 7-18 to 7-20.

So far nobody has a rotary entrant. I wonder who will will the prize for the highest rotary dyno test.

It will not be me. Best I expect to get is 400rwhp.

I was wondering if anyone here is going to enter and try for the $1000 first prize. My guess is someone like Pettit with his 20b or some other 20b will win it with about 600 rwhp.

There's a 20b here in MN with a big single turbo that will be done in a month that might have a shot at it. He's hoping for 700 rwhp.

Either way I hope our rotaries make a good showing vs the piston entrants.

That would be really cool to se a rotary at the car craft show. I remember a few years back there was a viper that did around 700rwhp, if a 20b did that there would be A LOT of heads turned at that show.

Hard to say, the turbo cars are going to have a tough time because for some reason it's always 100deg that day. Good thing you have water injection

I'm going to try to make it. My 20b is ready to drop in my FD. I don't have the $$ to put in the single turbo in this summer. I'm shooting for 400-450 whp on the stock twins. Now if my clutch would ever show up.
I'm also looking forward to see what my buds are going to pull. (97 Camaro 388ci w/ PT88 turbo at 18psi, and a 96 Impalla SS 400ci + 200 shot of Nos)
