Extremely clean work man.... I have been wanting to do something similar to this for about a year. Problem is, I don't know how to use a tig welder or a cnc machine. Lucky for me there is a tech school here that teaches that kind of stuff. Sounds like a next summer learning experience. I seriously would love to be able to actually take my ideas and bear fruit. Although I know first hand that not all ideas pan out this well haha...

Something you may or may not want to think about...if you moved the injector bungs farther away from the engine, closer to your TB, would help with fuel atomization.

And the Revolution...
I think I may have welded them directly on the Intake Plenum. To evenly distribute it thru all runners. Either way that thing is bad ******* ***. All it takes is time and the correct machines, or a lot of material at your disposal.

Well, its finished and on the car now, has been for about a month. Had Chris Ludwig of Ludwig Motorsports do some tuning for me. He was very helpful in getting my car running properly and really knew his stuff. I would definatly recommend him. The car is putting down 390-400rwhp@15-17 psi(having some boost issues, so not 100% sure). Wastegate is opening early as well, so the boost slowly creeps up, leaving me with a less than desirable powerband. Still pulls very hard though, and I'm definatly happy with the performance for now.

DeSlow, Nathan, should be very proud of his work. The pics don't do the attention to detail justice. He's put a lot of work into this car and deserves all the pats on the back anyone wants to give him. Very nice car and it was a pleasue to work with you!

Aaron and nathan both good job, Aaron you couldn't get me to use one of those little buzz boxes to do that way too much extra work, hats off to you both.

this is quite a nice piece. VERY close to how im going to be producing mine, but, i am going to be using one expection. The factory setup seperates the primary and secondary runners. This allows the primary to recieve air with part throttle while the secondaries stay closed. This greatly increases driveability.

nice work m8, But have you thought of going with quad throttle body. as individual intake would be very responsive. Rather than having to suck through the intake chamber if ya no what i mean? like the gtir nissan pulser sr20det if you guys have them in the states.

HOW is street drivablity??, with all 4 runners drawing from 1 plenum, like in traffic, shifting up and down slowly, also fuel milage, low-impedence brought that up and its an interesting point. but your work has everyone excited, and you must be proud!! Ron
