FC vs FD opr regulators

I was given some spare parts, some of them were claimed to be FD front and rear oil pressure regulators. comparing them to FC regs they looked the same. Is there any way to tell?

the rear ones are visually the same, different spring pressure internally

front springs i think the FD gets a white daub of paint?
