I don't know what you are talking about with the Racing Beat "straight pipe system." What you seem to be comparing is a cat-back with a race-pipe/presilencer combo. The Apex'i N1 dual will replace the Y-pipe and go into 2 mufflers. If you are talking about the race-pipe/presilencer combo, that comes off the exhaust manifold and replaces the 2 precats & main cat with a straight pipe. You could actually use both of those, they would bolt right together.

Will which pass emmissions? The N1 dual or the racepipe? The N1 dual should as long as your car already does. The racepipe won't pass the visual or the emmission test.

I am still unsure what Racing Beat product you were referring to. Can you go to www.racingbeat.com and tell me where it is and exactly what it is called?
