Still working!
Just been busy with some other projects going on with work, school and personal life but the 4 rotor project is still on the go.
As of today, im working on the cooling mods on the Iron plates as per CLR request, at the same time im also trying to find some time to finish the intake ports on the rotor housings. CLR has been busy trying to pump out some end of the year work but as per his words he states that we should be getting to my rotating assembly sometime in february.
I will post some pics of the rotor housings as soon as they are finished and i will see if i can post up some pics of the Iron plates if possible as well.
Laters!!

It is easy. You start here http://www.kiwi-re.com/wwd_showroom_cat10_2.php , then give it to an engine builder to source the rest of the parts and that won't **** it up while handing him a big sack of cash.

These builds take time... I know a guy who is doing a 4 rotor turbo RX-8 at PF Supercars and it will probably take atleast a year in a half. There is another that is taking 2 years so far but when you have other personal things to deal with, then things slow up but nonetheless, I'm sure he will finish it. Money is another thing....

i dont quite understand why ppl dont just do the whole project and document a nice picture heavy time, line format while theyre building, and then post it all at once. it could be well organized well before it gets posted, im sure that would eliminate a lot of dead air space and ppl constantly asking for updates as well as 'how did you' questions.
i understand that ppl get really excited about starting a new project and all, however, i just think it would be more efficient to post when its finished...then we the readers dont have to 1) wait. and 2) cross our fingers and hope the builder actually finishes the project.
in light of that, would i be pissin ppl off by bringing a good thread back from the dead to see if there are any updates on this project? im sure im not the only one intrigued by this. thanks everyone.

There has been much progress on this project. I just dont have the time to post and update as i did before.
All the Intake and Exaust porting has been completed.
The rotating assembly is being lightened and then will be balanced by CLR
CLR is also currently working on finishing the plumbing modifications that will implemented to keep this engine running at acceptable tempratures for a given road race event. This is where the true task is.
This project takes Time, Money, Resources and lots and lots of Patience!
Enjoy!
