Dreaming of rebuild

My FC probably has less than 70k miles on it so I am starting to consider possibilities for a new engine, a.) how much would a T2 swap cost just for functional use of the car, not ******* it or anything? b.) would it be worth it to do the swap on my vert? I know that I would like a turbo alot but are they still pretty reliable?

My opinion is that any RX-7 is as reliable as the owner (and previous owners) make it to be. As these cars have to be maticulously (sp?) maintained and done properly, previous owners may not have been so caring.

if you are going to do a motor swap at least wait till yours is getting near the end of it's life, then while it's on it's last legs, rebuild your new motor and just swap it in just before the curent one carks it.

You should wait awhile before making a decision.

And yeah an RX7 is as reliable as you make it.
