Does fuel cut, cut fuel to both rotors ON THE PFC?

Or is it the same as the standard ECU, one rotor?

Please help! Cos the standard way is very dangerous to the engine! I acknowledge that this should not happen and there's a risk but is the risk as high has the standard ecu?

This happened on a cold night and has never been repeated.

I need to know to put my mind at rest!
