Question Coil instead of Distributor

I have a 13B that I'm trying to decide if I can do a coil fired over using the distributor with coils. I've seen a 4 coil setup but not sure how this works or what is required.
Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Dan
