CFM rates for stock and aftermaket intakes?

CFM rates for stock and aftermaket intakes?

I am curious on this. How does for say, a TII intake manifold and throttle body compare to a REW or a Weber set up. and what are the pros and cons of each one? Such as the Weber flows more but you loose low end torque or such.
