Sure can.. but id have to ask why you want it ceamic coated if its already aluminum and not a header?

I do ceramic, thermal and powder coating. Ive only had a few people want everything all the way back coated.

Would just regular aluminum work? I figured that it would fatigue and wear really fast due to the high EGT's that rotary engines produce.

Im new to the rotory world so I cant answer that question for you.

but most exh. is aluminized steel.

Its not gonna hurt to get it coated.

Just how hot do the parts your talking about get?

What ga. tubing you talking about also?

Eh I dont really think aluminum would be good to use. It would be pretty expensive to do it right and I bet you could use thin wall stainless and come out with about the same weight savings. Also I'm pretty sure AL starts to become liquidous at about 1350 F. If you want the lightest exhaust you would have to use titanium but thats obviously very expensive and hard to fabricate. Some thin wall stainless or reg mild steal is prob the best bet.
