Unhappy CA Smog w/ J-Spec Motor

I've got a 1990 N/A w/ a motor that is kinda like what I ate for breakfast this morning... TOAST! (hehehe...:p )

Anyway... I live in Southern CA and was wondering if it is possible to make a series 5 J-Spec motor pass CA smog w/ a Haltech?

Thanks!

I suppose it's possible to have it pass the sniffer, but j-spec blocks have no EGR valve, so that will fail the visual.
