It's hard for me to tell what pipe you used. Here is a link that shows all the OD's and ID's of standard aluminum sch40 pipe sizes. Nothing is 2.5" OD.

Those are some of the BIGGEST Exhaust Ports I've ever seen! What rpm will the motor make peak power?

Are you 100% correct about that!
I've seen the housings up close personaly and know who builds them for him also!
In dragracing circles 50mm id. is regarded as old school.

Let's put it this way. The motor Jesus built for Ken has 2" ID. I have not seen Jesus's but Ken said he had the same setup except he runs a carb setup.

Hello everyone! I'm new here and have a question about porting:

What are the diferences in terms of power and torque low and high in the rpms, fuel economy, engine life and day to day driveability of the different ports (street, bridge, J port, Monster port, P port, exhaust port)?

So far bigger it hasn't helped up to this point. We know Ken has done a 10.25. That is not to say Jesus cannot get more out of his but he has a lot to do until that is proven.
Right now the 2" ID is working very well for Ken and he is pretty sure he can get more out of it.
If Ken does decide to go bigger we can do that but bigger means a lot more intake duration unless changes are made to build up the ID of the tube at the point of intake and play with some grinding.

Could you make the Port ID smaller and place it higher for a more Trackable power band?
