I thought I'd do another quick post so I could give this thread 5 stars, that way they will archive it. The info about the rotor housing repair and the Viton orings is good info that shouldnt be lost!!!!

Anyhow, I'm going to file the rough spots from my rotor faces & re-use them if that's what your asking...
Oh, I've had a lot of stuff going on between my damaged turbo, getting my housings replated, going out last night, & a co-worker trying to get me to fix his vette. so I forgot to bring the O-rings up to the bearing place (where I used to work), but will try tomorrow.
Also, after re-reading my ealier post Mazda-comp doesn't sell Viton O-rings. Only Atkins.

Viton Oil O-ring information: (and I will re-post this under the proper title, but 2X posting here so it will be archived.
OK, all I have is a number of 158 for the inner, and 244 for the outter. I don't see a reason to post my price because it will be different from what anybody off the street would get.
Contact me at rx712psi@hotmail.com or PM if you're about to build a motor & are interested in trying a set of these. I could easily get a sample set...

McMaster Carr viton oil control o-rings
McMaster Carr list both sizes(158 and 244) in Viton. The 158 (2 pack) o-rings are $4.44 and the 244 (5 pack) o-rings are $11.52.
Unfortunately they don't list either size in the teflon-encapsulated viton rings (preferable).

These are NOT the correct o-ring sizes... first hand knowledge. There both about a 32nd too large in crossectional diameter.
