Had heard some 6 port guys were doing a BP on the 5/6 ports, where it'd tie into the 6 port actuator sleeves when they opened. So sleeves closed, 4 small ports, sleeves open, 4 small ports plus the 2 "5th and 6th" plus 7&8, little bridgeys next to 5&6.

I've thought of something like you're talking about faster7 (ha...just barely though...wait til i get NAWZ ). I'm checking out clearancing, timing, and port shapes right now. I don't think I'll do anything physical anytime soon though (read:no pics).

I get an unfinished feeling reading this thread...
Have we decided whether bridging the primaries was a good idea or not? I've been *searching* for the answer and this thread is oh-so close.
I am considering this on my next engine build:
-Series 5 6-port engine (lighter rotating assm.)
-Extended intake & exaust ports (what little can be done on the secondary side )
-Bridge porting the primary plates
I have already started bridging some spare center plates I have. I also did alot of research on timing, size, and the "secrets" of porting (what I can find).
In a nutshell, I want to know if this is a good or bad idea before I start writing checks. If no one has any real input, I guess I could be the guinea pig. That being the case I sure as hell hope it works!
