BOW opening during vaccum?

BOW opening during vaccum?
Ive got the HKS SSBOV installed on my TII, and I can hear it opening when I let off the gas, even though I wasnt into positive manifold pressure. Sometimes it also sounds as if its open during aceleration, but that could be my turbo. Is it possible I just need to tighten down the adjustment screw on the top of the valve?
