I have a HKS electric boost controller and it works great and everything. I was just wondering about the clicking noise the selonoid makes everytime it gets power. Its like "click click click" and is a little loud. Is this normal? I know basically how selonoids work but I would think it would just make one click....???

Its not a solenoid , Its a stepper motor and yes it normal since mine does the exact same thing.

 

my does the same... you should be more worried if u do 't hear that sound.
