Best Muffler for my Sand Car

I would like an opinion on what would be a good muffler for my sand car.

Right now we have a wide open Super Trap coming right off the turbo thru a 180 degree pipe.

We want to quiet the car down some with out sacrificing flow.

The system will now come out of the turbo thru a 90 run to the other side of the car and have a 90 degree turn out.

Thanks

Check out the fatter cans from Coast Fabrication. Straight through design, they may qiet it down a bit over an uncorked Supertrapp. As usual, it is a tradeoff; flow vs. noise.

Fwiw, Coast Fab makes the mufflers for Burns Stainless and few others suppliers... all are the smae price within a couple of bucks.

I personaly run a Supertrap on my VW Rail. Supertrap is best of both worlds IMO as almost all of them qualify as spark arrestors.

I ended up running with a Resonator that the Muffler shop had, it really cut the sharpness down and has a nice mellow sound. it still has that kick when I whap on the throttle.
