remove emissions, open up exhaust with an exhaust kit and open up the intake.

How does emissions removal give you any bang? Granted it doesnt cost anything but it wont do anything for you either, just makes your car smell bad.

You can put a downpipe and high flow cat on your car with stock computer. Thats about the extent of power gain and it will run about $500. Any more and you will need a computer.

well Tom says that the removal off emission isn't a bang for your buck but to honest with you, when emissions are removed, you will most certainly find some boost leaks somewhere in there. It provides a cleaner engine bay and less possible boost leaks on the car. For every car i've worked on, removing emission has given it more power and response because of associated boost leaks.

The only way to have a good functioning form of intake is to create a cold air box somewhere in the engine bay. You can then pipe the intake to the box and change the piping for better flow. Some will argue that the pipes get hot anyways but its pretty standard practice and i havn't seen to many negative comments about taking that route.

Intake would help some, but you will get more with the down pipe and high flow cat. Plus adding intake to the mix you might want to start thinking about ECU. Definately before a catback you will need ECU upgrade

If you free up the exhaust, make sure to port your wastegate.

You can then install a boost controller to increase your boost, but don't do this without a fuel cut defensor (if you don't know what that is, do a search).

I will say it again, don't blow your engine by turning up the boost without a fuel cut defensor.
