Best Apexe's?
I need a rebuild, and im wondering who makes the best apexe's? I want durability and the ability to withstand alot of boost.
Iv'e been on http://www.mazdatrix.com/ looking for new gaskets and apexe's.
What do u guru's out there recomend.
Oh and is about 4 hours a good time when taking out a engine by our self?

I dunno i fyou wanna call me a guru, but it's all personal preference. I would say stick with the stock 3 piece 2mm apex seals. Im assuming that you are talking about apex seals. Anyway some people go with 3mm seals. I would say stick with the stock 2mm seals. They are just as good as any other. It's all in the tuning. If the car is tuned right then the stock seals will hold as well as any other.

Actually I would say the 2 piece 3mm ceramic seals are the "Best" since they do not wear like normal seals, and they are self lubricating. Also they can withstand more hard pings then regular seals. So I've heard. They are also the most expensive. Lastly they are lighter then the stock seals, which really doesn't matter too much. Just thought I'd add it. If you wanna get raped on prices then go that route. If you want the second best thing then go with the stock 2mm 3 piece seals. They are about 1,000 less.
