Is Ari building a 20B? I heard so much of it awhile back, but now nothing. Are 20B's not allowed in that class? I hope so. since with his current setup he doesn't stand a chance against Titan's Supra I hope hes got something up his sleeve this season.

 

what class would he be running in? nhra no longer has the street tire class that Ari was running in last year.

It looks like Ari is running more of the idrc events this year so far out of 3 events I think he has won all of them.
I am not sure on all the rules in idrc but he has been running in the high 9's. Probably same setup
as lastyear, just the twin rotor and the g-force tranny.

So far he's running the same setup as last season. He is at San Antonio right now for the IDRC event as well as Demetrios K. (Reactive Racing).

Nice, I'm glad hes doing well. I wasn't aware that NHRA doesn't have a street tire class anymore. I forgot about IDRC (stupid me). I'm starting to follow the events more now. So its new to me.

I talked to Chris Ott at NOPI in Ennis yesterday and they are building two 20b's. One will be going into a Pro Modified and I think he said the other is going into an Outlaw class but I cannot remember the details on that.
But it is confirmed by Ari's right hand man that there is indeed 20b's in process at RP.

Awesome. Thats exciting news. Did they say anything about when they are going to be done?

 

They are planning on running the Pro-Modified class with an RX8, just like some of the rumors we had been hearing. They do not have the car yet. I don't remember any time frame being mentioned.

 

street class I think will be able to run et streets.

 

Ive heard hes going to do the 20b in a RX8. Again thats rumers heard from some of the RP guys. Still ashame they did rid of the street class.
