Yeah, 24" is nicer width.
26" on an FC requires the battery to be relocated.

EXACTLY!!!

I probly will re-locate the batt, but why limit my options??

I doubt the extra 2" realistically will do much as far as cooling also,, especially because of the lack of air getting to the extra little bit of sides.

My friend runs the AFCO 80119N double pass on his road race TurboII. With a small chin spolier to push a little more air through it works very well.
