Not a lot, I abandoned this idea and started building a 'regular' 4-rotor. I still think this would work though, but there are some downsides. RPM limit is lowered because of the larger rotating mass, the amount of power isn't going to be great because the ports are going to be small in proportion to the chamber volume, you can go semi pp to avoid this, but then you lose the advantages of a side port engine. And the amount of work and money involved is the same or more than when building a 4-rotor, which sounds wayyyy gooder.

I am thinking about another engine design though, with the goal being creating a high output n/a rotary engine with fuel consumption similar to a normal rotary using a lot of 13b engine parts, eccentric shaft, rotor housings, rotors ect. They are just thoughts and some 3d drawings at the moment, so I'll keep them to myself, but I'm pretty exited about it. Ah well I'd better finish my 4-rotor first before thinking about the next project
