Am I pushing my FD
To start off I have a PFC not tuned, intake,dp, mp, cb. I have a boost controller but its off. I am currently boosting .92 bar and my injection duty is 96%. I was just woundering If i am setting my self up for a rebuilt motor. I know I should tune the Power FC but I am plaining on getting an intercooler and it would be a waste to get it tuned twice.

Injectors can be run on a very high duty cycle (above 100%) without any negative affects. As long as you arent running them that high all the time, which in city driving, chances are youre not. 85% duty cycle is just the recommended maximum by the injector companies. I mean, I personally would just upgrade my injectors ... 96% is up there, but its not gonna hurt them. I have never seen an injector go bad from running high duty cycles on the street, and Ive seen them run very high.

I dont run my car like that anytime, last night I was driving it home and i gave it full throttle to 100mph then let off, when i noticed that my peak inj duty was 96% I started woundering. It was a weird event becuase it never goes that high. Just woundering how much will it effect my motor if I hit 96% inj duty on my engine. Having the inj duty that high would stress out the injector but how much does it stress the engine. Thanks.

Injector duty cycle is 96%, too high IMHO. It won't really stress the engine, however .92bar on the stock turbos is not exactly going easy on them. Get your car properly tuned, no matter how many time you have it tuned, it's not a waste.

You need to get your car tuned. With similar mods, I had to add a significant amount of fuel to the base maps. I don't have my lap top here, so I can't tell ya how much. IMHO, It would be a waste to blow your engine because you don't want to spend an extra $250. If you are dead set against it, then add 10% of fuel via the PIM setting in the boost cells. It will be rich, but rich is safe.
Which leads to the next problem. As soon as you add enough fuel, it's likely you will be maxing out the stock injectors with that much boost. You are getting boost creep. I bet you would have seen higher boost if you would have stayed on it until redline in 4th and it's only going to get worse once you put an aftermarket IC in. Put a restrictor plate in the exhaust, or port the wastegate.
Lastly, the 85% rule applies to top feed injectors. The stock side feed injectors are cooled by the fuel running around the solonoid. You can run them 100% without a problem.
I should add, I am definatly not a tuner. Just picked up a few things while tuning my car.
