To all with "ITO" motors/ports

to all of you guys thats have ito motors/ports i was wondering what seals you ended up using, and how long they have lasted on your setup etc...., i have to make a decision on what seals to use on my ito ported motor all opinions welcome.....

he isnt.... i recently acquired it threw a friend who never installed it into his own 7..
