Air Temperature Switch....

Anyone know where I can get one? Im finding that my water injection is probably way more than efficient. I'd like to get a switch that I can set the temp too..when it reaches that temperature it sends a signal to my relay...

I guess it would be similar to a pressure switch except detects air temp instead of boost pressure. Thanks!!!

couldn't you use one from an electric fan? I bought a thermo switch for my e-fan and it basically cuts the ground to the fan motor till the proper temp is reached which would work for anything else really.... Opps never mind, its for water...Unless it would still work?
