Air-fuel ratios???

how will the Air-fuel ratio affect power while tuning? does it have to be a specific ratio at at a specific rpm or is the point to make it 12.5:1 all across the power band? of is it dependant on diferent factors i.e. boost, ignition timing, ect.

what AFR should i have througout the powerband???

Here you go my friend and this is conservative:

Here's my traget A/Fs vs boost.
0 psi= ~13.0:1
0-5psi= 13.0-12.7
5-10psi= 12.7-12.5
10-13psi= 12.5- 12.0
13-15psi= 12.0-11.5
15-17psi= 11.5-11.0

That's not conservative at all, actually a little on risky side from 10-15 psi if you ask me. Unless you are running more than pump gas.

your a/f under vacuum should always be 13.5-14.9 14.7 is perfect, but rotaries like to run a little rich.

under boost, you should richen it up relatively lineaarly based on boost. if this is your first time tuning, shoot for about 1 number lower than what he said above. i run 13 at 4 psi, 12 at 8, 11 at 12, and 10.5 any higher than that. you can lean that a little, but i abuse my car, so i do it for safety.
