A friend of mine has decided to sell his engine that just been completed by a very capable shop here at my home town. It has Atkins 3mm apex seals, RB 3 windows stationary bearings and RB deep groove rotor bearings, along with all new seasl inside. It has been ported and all rotating mass has been balanced. This engine was supposed to be installed in a racing car, turboed and NOS. He decided to get out of the deal and is offering this engine to me, with out any accesories, just the complete block, with 0 miles, never started for 1K. Is this a good deal?
