I have a couple questions regarding rotors. I also posted this on the production car sight.

1- How do you pin rotor gears?

2- How much weight can be removed from an 89 rotor and where?

I know you can remove weight btween the oil seal and corner seals. I talked to someone once that said weight could be removed from the internal veins. I don't know if that is possible.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

you can do thta but then the whole assebly needs to be rebalance
