i am putting a 87 gxl motor into my 85 se. i street ported the motor and have installed it into the car with no problems. now i am at the hard part i guess. the ecms are quite different and so are the harnesses. i do have the hole 87 rx but it looks like it will be a pain in te *** to switch everything over. should i just use the stock 85 stuff or is it worth the trouble to switch over. any advise will help me alot. thanks

 

I would re-use the 85 stuff. Unless your willing to make it all work, and that will take alot of time and patience I bet.
