Cant remember if the Tension bolts holes are in the same spots, If so then yes there is no problem doing this.

Just use the correct counter weights for the s5 rotors

and they told me i cant use 2gen 13b housing on the 76 plates, why is this and is there any way i can use them????

The older 12a,13b engines had the water O-ring grooves on the rotor housing, the newer engines place the groove in the side housings instead of the rotor housings, thats why there NOT interchangable. There will be some saying that filling in the grooves with glue will work (JB weld or Delvcon), ignore them as it wont last and doing it correctly takes patience. Just consider it a not interchagable part.

That's very similar to what I am building now, except that I am using nitrided R5 12A plates. As already mentioned, you need the whole S5 rotating assembly, which includes the rotors, front counterweight and either a rear automatic counterweight or stock counterbalanced flywheel.
