tell-tail sign of someone happy about the dyno numbers, the hysterical laughter at the end of the video... epic...

Am I the only one who thinks those numbers are high by at least 50 rwhp? This is a 60-1 right?

I am not sure if there is a correlation, but when I dyno tuned a holley 4 barrel setup it made really high power for the turbo( like 80 more than I've ever heard of with that turbo). The reason was is the torque curve was still climbing at 7800 when I let off. The higher the torque curve in the RPM band, the more peak HP you will make.

On Toyota Supras an aftermarket intake manifold will make 70+ more rwhp at a mere 15psi over the stock unit.

The 4 barrel intake manifolds like E&J sell etc, are basically a EFI version of a 4 barrel holley setup. The power could be in the intake manifold

Regardless the numbers are still not very believable for 20psi, I once had our TD61 turbo system on a dyno that said 700+rwhp..

Is that Dyno correct?

For Reference, my car did 507RWHP at 20/21 PSI and Race Gas,
and my car ran out of Turbo (My larger 63-1 turbo couldn't feed it any more)

My Old Dyno vid is in my sig.

EDIT:

I found this in an old thread, so it might help explain.
