3rd Gen 13BTT into 2nd Gen

I think I decided to swap in the 13BTT from the 3rd Gen into my 88, I know that the tranny bolts up but do they use the same mounts and what else would be involved?

search, and your better off to swap a 13b-RE in there, a little easier.

13bTT mounts are in rear plate , FC`s use center plate mounted motor mounts , best bet is to rebuild engine using fc center plate , ......or better yet , as stated above , get 13B-RE

there are actually bolt on mounts for rew to FC, another option better than using an FC int plate is to drill out the int plate on the REW, pineaple racing has stated that they can do this for around 500 dollars

or you can go a 13bt. it's the TII engine. needs much less custom work than a -rew or -re.
