To 20b swap my GTU or 04 rx8?

I just ordered my 20b engine and I'm debating I have my first 86 gtu and my 04 rx8
I'm not worried about tuning or getting them to run

if I swap my gtu
Pros:
*simpler swap for me I have my vmount rad and intercooler from my T2
*simple mounting
* part are readily available to convert
* more engine bay space
Cons
* 2 sons that love to ride with me and the 2+2 is getting to cramped for all of us to go out in

rx8
Pros:
*sleeper-ish
*I have to make mounts or buy promaz mounts
* more interior space
*I'd keep ac(for the fiancee and boys)
*newer chassis
*more "unique"
* fiancee can drive or would like to drive
Cons:
*less engine bay space
*More custom parts turbo manifold etc

Both would be fun. I have the promaz subframe for my RX8 build. I want to buy like 3 more 20b's hahaha.

The 8 is a much better chassis for sure.
